First Visit

We want your first dental visit to be a pleasant experience. Our mission is to keep your teeth in excellent condition with the maximum amount of comfort, function, and aesthetic.

Your initial visit will allow us to evaluate your personal dental health desires and present condition. This evaluation will include appropriate imaging/photographs as well as an opportunity to share your concerns. The Doctor will  provide a diagnosis and life-long care plan that will assist you in maintaining your personal dental health for a lifetime. An appointment can be made for a dental cleaning during a separate visit to the office.

To prepare beforehand:

• Make a list of questions to ask your doctor. This includes any concerns  or oral problems you’ve been experiencing.
• If you have dental insurance, remember to bring your insurance card with you.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time and bring the following information with you:
