Meet Dr. Hackman
Dr. Michael P. Hackman graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2004. Prior to starting Dental School, he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Dr. Hackman completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Eglin Air Force Base, Ft.Walton Beach, Florida. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Hackman served as a Captain in the United States Air Force providing comprehensive dentistry to our troops overseas at Royal Air Force Base Upwood, United Kingdom. Following his experience in the military, Dr. Hackman was in a group practice in Williamsburg, Virginia for 2 years and was selected as one of Virginia’s Top Dentists in 2010 by his peers. When away from the dental office, Dr. Hackman is an outdoors enthusiast. Having grown up in Augusta, GA, he’s an avid golfer, and also enjoys hiking and soccer. He and his wife Elizabeth take great pleasure in traveling. They also love spending time playing with their sons Spencer and Landon and their golden retriever, Chase.
