Your First Dental Visit

We are committed to making your first visit to our office a pleasant and comfortable experience.

At your first visit we will get acquainted, learn about your dental concerns, discover together the current state of your oral health, take and/or review any necessary diagnostic x-rays, and decide together how to address any treatment needs you may have.  We will take the time to give you the personal attention you deserve.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time and bring the following information with you:

• Your completed Patient Forms (click to download)
• Your dental insurance card if you have dental insurance
